We just got our figures from our Multiple Listing Service for the month of October and we were up close to 100 sales from the same time last year. YEAH!!!!
Who said that real estate was bad? It is always regional not national.
I just got back from the National Association of Realtors convention in San Diego and it was very informative and lots of back to the basics classes.
The weather for this desert rat was beautiful and any time I am close to water, I am in 7th heaven for sure. I grew up on the ocean so El Paso is a far cry from there.
We had lots of great seafood(almost every meal) and enjoyed walking on the boardwalk between the hotel and the convention center.

"Oh What a Night"
Last night Dan and I went to see "Oh what a night" a musical tribute to Frankie Valle and the Four Seasons at Sunland Park Casino.
It was one of the best shows I have seen in a long time. If you get the chance to see this, or the Jersey Boys, I would highly recommend it to anyone over the age of 40!
